Alpecin Double-Effect Shampoo contains highly dosed caffeine, which penetrates the hair roots during hair washing. It can be detected after just 120 seconds of processing time. The active ingredient forms a 24-hour depot in the hair root, thereby protecting it from premature inactivity.

What are the active ingredients?

Salicylic acid provides antimicrobial action, prevents the formation of new dandruff on the scalp and gently removes the top dandruff layer.

Octopirox provides antimicrobial action and prevents the formation of new dandruff on the scalp.

The caffeine complex activates the hair roots, extends the hair growth phase and improves hair growth.
